Inspiration Guide Impact

Several tools exist to help organizations shape their sustainability policy and report on their sustainability actions. Last year, we published a paper comparing four tools and helping organizations choose the right one for them (download it here). However, these tools fall short in truly visualizing the impact of your sustainability actions and learning what works and what doesn't. For example, it's interesting to track whether your organization has a policy on occupational health, or how often your employees take the stairs or eat from the fruit basket. But are your employees healthier/feeling healthier as a result? Ultimately, that's the impact you envisioned with these actions. How do you gain insight into that? How do you know if your actions are paying off? In this practical inspiration guide, we'll quickly get you started on making your impact visible. You'll learn how to gain insight into the impact of your business activities and/or sustainability actions on stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, society), on the environment, and on your own organization. Measuring impact doesn't have to be difficult or demanding. Choose a theme that's most relevant to your organization, and start small! Everyone wins: people, the environment, and society, but certainly your organization too! You can download the inspiration guide for free after entering your information:
